Very cool and thanks for sharing.


I am very interested in all the off axis designs that don't have a central obstruction.


Did you create the optics your self or can you get them as a kit?


From what I've read the optics get pretty complex when you add tilt into the system.


I'm also curious if you have any coma or other optical issues with it, especially for DSO / Star images too?

Still waiting for some better targets but did some preliminary tests with the Moon a few weeks ago with my newly completely 10" f/8 Chiefspiegler telescope, which I think Milton mentioned an interest with in the past.

Is the scope to the right of the 18" ultraportable dob.  This Chief mounts onto an EQ mount.
