I am very familiar with Anton Kutter's great work on the scheifspiegler.

The CHiefspiegler is Ed Jone's variation using a Newtonian primary and
a doublet corrector lens to control coma and astigmatism. Its great
advanatage is that you can buy all the components without having to
make the difficult concave primary and convex secondary mirror of a
scheifspiegler.
