Ill stick with ASTRO IIDC. It has been the mainstay of my outreach program and I am very loyal. :)
Milton, thanks for the info. I have several Grass 2’s. Ill give this a try as soon as the clouds break.
I must say though, even with only 2 seconds of exposure I was getting way more than I expected here in downtown Atlanta. I cant wait to try a few 3 minute exposures through the 6 inch triplet on the AP1200 mount.
This is an 8X sped up video of M42 passing through about a dozen geostationary satellites last night..

Just noticed this image on CNs with a ZWO camera. Amazing image for ‘planetary’ camera IMO. Getting it to work with AstroIIDC and/or on a Mac is another matter. But for long exposures maybe AstroIIDC isn’t needed? Ron

Okay then, no recommendations for the camera. Maybe someone can tell me what I am not doing to allow my several PGR Grasshoppers and Fleas to be able to image over 2 seconds or 4 seconds. I am trying to get them to image about 4 minute frames. Is there something I should click in ASTRO IIDC?
