Thanks, Milton, from where can I obtain that installation package?

Hi Kevin;

You need to install the Bayer Codec I wrote to play the movies back with it.

3) If you have a color FireWire camera and will be recording movies, you will want to install the ASC_Bayer codec to play back those movies. Just just double click on the "BayerInstaller" package and follow the instructions. Note that installation of the codec does not require a restart.

HTH..

I've never had occasion to use a color PGR camera, or at least a color PGR camera in color mode, until now.  Specifically, I'm attempting to use the PGR Chameleon CMLN-13S2C-CS USB2 for planetary imaging.  When I open a saved Quicktime file taken in grey mode, all is well.  However, when I attempt to open a file captured in color mode, I either get an error message or just black frames.  The color QT files' video format is "BGGR".  I've never heard of that.  Is there a way to either convert these files to something I can open/deal with or to have Astro IIDC save them in a usable format?  Thanks!  -Kevin
