Hi Jeff,
I had to do a graphics board swap on one of my laptops which affected the AstroIIDC registration for that computer. I went through the registration process again per the instructions with the golden key and all was restored. Have you give that a try?
I save a sheet with instructions for this (might be the same as the read me file) - can send a copy to you if you need it.
