Thank you for your interest in
my little Angelfish love nest.
I had no idea I would be an anglefish breeder until I noticed some eggs on
the side of the glass of my aquarium. I had 8 large healthy angelfish
in the tank so.... it had to be them. Since then, I have
watched the female stick thousands of eggs onto any surface she could find
and then she and the male fiercely protect the whole nest. They even
charge ME when I get near the tank. (click here for
still images) Here are some videos: I have also had to become a brine shrimp hatchery
since the ONLY thing these little fry will eat is freshly hatched
microscopic brine shrimp. Raising the brine shrimp has been an ordeal
but let me tell ya' when it all comes together, it is really abeautiful
thing to see the little babies eat the "skrimps" as my brother calls them.
