As followup on this.

Just in case people forget and need to know.

Each Frame grabbed or Movie recorded, the last letter in the name will be "L" for Local time or "U" for Universal Time.

For movies, the embedded Time code track is always Universal.

John Rodgers pointed out that my UT's were incorrect.  I checked my

settings in Astro IIDC, and I had local time checked, so those times

are in PDT.  I'll make corrections and post them when I  can.

Hi Folks!

I just got around to processing a batch of Jupiter observations.  I'll

post them in the Files, planetary area shortly.

June 29th

July 14th

July 17th

July 19th

July 23rd

All acquired with Flea2 1032x776 color camera using "Region Of

Interest" windows of various sizes to speed up downloads.  All at 66ms

exposures.  All stacks of about 100-120 frames from 500 frame movie

files.

Seeing has been pretty decent during the monsoonal flow we've been

having here in LA for the past few weeks, but Jupiter is still only 30

degrees up, so these aren't my best ever Jupiters.  It's going to be a

number of years before it climbs back into the northern skies again,

alas.
