You likely haven't selected the folder to record movies too, OR the folder has been moved or deleted since you last used it.

Attach the Camera, launch Astro IIDC, select "Preferences.." from the "Astro IIDC" menu. When the "Preferences" sheet appears (see page 63) click on the ""Select default folder for grabbed frames, movies and logs…" to select what folder to save the movies too.
